Please ensure that you provide an active and frequently used email address when securing an appointment. This is essential to prevent any communication issues and to ensure you successfully receive email notifications regarding your appointment. Additionally, by providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to your appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of the contact information provided.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Our appointment scheduling system operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Each office decides the daily capacity for appointments. Green dates on the calendar represent available slots, while Sky blue dates indicate that all slots are fully booked.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and correct information when securing an appointment. Supplying incorrect or invalid details may result in not receiving email or SMS notifications regarding your appointment.
Appointment Processing Time:
Appointment requests will be processed within one (1) business day of submission. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via your preferred communication method (email or SMS).
Privacy and Data Security:
We respect your privacy and will only use the contact information you provide for appointment-related notifications. Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or other purposes outside of VetFriends Animal Clinic's appointment scheduling system.
Waiting Time Policy:
Clients are requested to arrive at the Clinic 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in procedures. While we strive to maintain our schedule, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit to ensure minimal disruption to our scheduled patients. Late arrivals may be subject to additional fees if time limits are exceeded.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking the appointment slot.
Rescheduling or Cancellations:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without incurring any charges. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please use the provided links in your confirmation email or sms contact our clinic directly.
